How to Invite a Player to Your Organization on Baseball Blitz

Inviting players to your Baseball Blitz organization allows you to add them to teams and manage them from one place. Here’s how to send a player invitation through the website.

Sign in to your Baseball Blitz account. On the dashboard, you’ll see all the organizations you manage.

Select the organization to which you want to invite the player.

The organization’s Overview page will open. From the navigation menu, click the Players tab.

Players tab will open. This section lets you invite new players, search the player list, and manage players already associated with the organization. Click Invite a player.

The invitation panel will open on the right side of the screen.

Enter the player’s email address in the provided field. Double-check that the address is correct so the invitation reaches the right person.

If the player is under 13, select The player is under 13 before continuing. Once the information is correct, click Send Invite.

If the email address is not already registered with Baseball Blitz, you’ll be asked to provide some additional information.

Enter the player’s first name and last name, then click Add Player.

Once the player has been added, they will appear in your organization’s player list with a Pending status. The status will remain pending until the player accepts the invitation and claims their profile.

After the invitation is accepted, the status will update automatically.
